Real estate, the long way.
Confident pricing, refined negotiation, and a process closer to private banking than to a transaction. Avery Lane represents a small list of buyers and sellers across west GTA.
The way we work
Three quiet promises.
One.
A full first meeting
Ninety minutes at your kitchen table. We talk about the family, the timeline, the budget, the houses you grew up in. No clipboard. The right plan comes from the right conversation.
Two.
Honest pricing
The number you want to see and the number the comps support, side by side. We pick the one that gets the result, not the one that flatters the listing agreement.
Three.
The same care, every time
No team handoffs. Whether you’re buying your first home or your fifth, I show up to every viewing and every offer. The work is the relationship.

About Avery
Twelve years. Eight clients at a time.
I'm Avery Lane. I work with Lane & Co. Realty across Mississauga, Oakville, and the western edge of the GTA, detached and semi-detached homes, $1M to $3M. My job is straightforward: real numbers, honest advice, and a process that protects you whether you're buying your first home or your tenth investment.

Two decades of quiet wins.
Avery helped my parents buy this house in 1998, and twenty-six years later helped us sell it when Mum moved into a townhouse. Same agent, same office, same handwritten thank-you card. You don’t find that anymore.
We were a young family with a baby and a budget. Avery didn’t treat us like the small fish, she walked us through five neighbourhoods until we found one with the right schools. That house is still our home.

Coffee on me. Always.
No pitch deck, no hard sell. Just a conversation about what you’re hoping for. Most people leave the first meeting with one or two practical next steps and zero pressure.
