Built by a realtor for realtors.

Charcom started because every realtor website-builder I tried was either overpriced ($249+/mo), painfully slow to set up, or both. I run a brokerage in the GTA and built a website for myself that converts well, Charcom is that website, productised.

The thesis: a realtor doesn't need a 30-page website. They need a hero that says what they do, listings that load fast, a blog that ranks for "[neighbourhood] homes for sale", and a lead form that actually goes somewhere. Plus a domain that looks professional, yourname.com, not realtor.example/agent/12345.

The promise: the first 500 paying signups lock at $29.99/mo for life. Even when we add Pro and Premium tiers later, founders stay at founder pricing. New features roll in for free. We'd rather earn from a lot of agents at a fair price than a few at a premium one.

Built with: Next.js 14, Supabase, Prisma, Stripe, and Cloudflare. Edge-hosted globally. Designed to stay fast even as tenant count scales.
