FAQ
What's the $99 setup fee actually for?
Initial site provisioning, your subdomain, the editorial theme tuning to your brand, lead routing setup, and account configuration. One-time only, paid at signup. Often waived via partner code (ask your brokerage).
What happens if I cancel?
Your site stays live until the end of the billing period, then it's archived (kept restorable for 90 days). If you brought your own domain, it stays with you, we don't touch your registrar.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, once add-ons launch (IDX feed sync, AI assistant, custom landing pages) you can subscribe to them on top of your founder rate.
Do you handle the MLS feed?
MLS feed authorization is supported (TRREB first, more boards rolling out). You authorize us through your MLS vendor portal once; listings sync nightly. Available now in beta.
Do you charge per custom domain?
No. Bring as many domains as your brokerage allows, we point them at your site. Domain registration stays with you; we don't resell domains.
